This is a quite popular youtube roulette video with an attitude. A no nonsense winning attitude?
In their website they say it is not a guessing play, progression bet nor a high bank requirement. It is also supposed to be simple to use. So far, so good.
Before you go further, the money back offer is tough. You must 'You play with my program in Real Money mode. If you encounter a losing bet you make some screenshots of the entire screen and send them to me'. This is to prevent scammers from ordering, returning and still using the system.
This is the system 'The system has the last numbers you have played and it groups them. Then after it passes all the groups through a properties filter, it obtains the possible results. From all these results it takes the closest to the previous number (the second number given by the system for the previous spin) following the first main rule that the difference between 2 near numbers is as close as possible to 1. That is why it is so important to have the numbers in the order they land.'
But do not worry if that confuses you. This just means that the system is new and not a rehash of old unworkable programs.
You even get to try it out first. Watch the online videos. See how it works first.
OMG, I think I just sold myself!
The new Roulette Sniper includes a customized betting system. Simply put, you can adjust use the software’s built in default betting progression for more aggressive or more conservative play.

This Roulette Strategy is to place 17 split bets similar the screen shot shown here.
Here are the youtube instructions that went with the video.
This strategy is quite simple, works well for online casinos, but is generally more suited to land cased casinos.
- 17 chip split
- bankroll 17 chips
- target: 1-2 chips
- method: hit and run
How to Place Your Bets
- Cover the roulette board with 17 chips on the splits, play for 2 spins, after you are done, move onto another table and repeat.
Tips
- If you are playing at a real casino, find out which 2 numbers are appearing the least and place your splits around them.
- If you are going to use this strategy online, play for no more than 3 spins, close the software and reload it. Play again for 3 spins close it and repeat. This eliminates any potential unlucky numbers and streaks.'
OK
Now practice this on a free machine and see the results for yourself.
You will be placing a split bet on 17 sets of numbers. That leaves the zero and two other numbers uncovered. If the balls lands on one of those numbers you lose $17. However, if the ball lands on one of the numbers you do have covered, you will lose 16 bets for a total of $16 and win one bet and get $17. That leaves you a profit of $1.
If you could never lose a bet this would be a sure fire way to win money, $1 at a time. However, eventually the ball will land on the numbers you do not have covered and you will lose $17 on that spin.
Assuming the game software is honest, for online games you are dealing strictly with the math. Over the long run each number is supposed to win an equal number of times. Since there are 37 possible choices and you are covering 34 numbers at a time, on the average you should expect to win 34 times and lose 3 times.
Another name for this type of system is the 'All But Three Roulette System'. The bets are different, but the situation is the same. There are 3 numbers left uncovered in some arrangement.
On average therefore, you would lose 3 times @ 17, which is equal to $51. On average you would also win 34 times @ $1, which is equal to $34. Thus, you would lose a net of $17.
You may win in the long run, but over time you would lose - if the software is honest.
As for land based casinos, the math is the same. But there you would supposedly be encountering some defect with the wheel that causes it not to land on certain numbers. That is the only situation where you would expect to win, in the long run!
